Terms for using CourseDraw, provided by Starck Enterprises. Draft ahead of public launch — legal review recommended.
The service
CourseDraw is a tool for drawing and syncing show jumping course sketches. The service is provided by Starck Enterprises. By creating an account or paying, you agree to these terms.
Account
A Solo account is currently intended for one user (one seat). You are responsible for protecting credentials and for content you upload or create. Account name may default to your name.
Subscription and payment
Paid access is purchased via Stripe as a recurring subscription (e.g. monthly or yearly). Prices are shown at checkout. Promotion codes may apply via Stripe. Failed payment may result in limited access.
Cancellation and refunds
You can manage and cancel subscriptions via the Stripe Customer Portal (link in the app). Cancellation typically applies at the end of the current period unless otherwise stated. Refunds are assessed case by case; contact support@starck.link.
Acceptable use
You must not abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt other users, or use the service unlawfully. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms.
Intellectual property
You retain rights to sketches you create. You grant us a license to store and sync them to provide the service. The CourseDraw brand and software belong to Starck Enterprises.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via the website or email when reasonable. Continued use after they take effect constitutes acceptance.
