Last updated: 31 July 2026

Terms for using CourseDraw, provided by KF Starck Enterprises AB.

The service

CourseDraw is a tool for drawing and syncing show jumping course sketches. The service is provided by KF Starck Enterprises AB, company reg. no. 559124-4495. By creating an account, using the service, or paying, you agree to these terms.

Account

A Solo account is intended for one user (one seat). You must provide accurate information, protect your credentials, and are responsible for content you upload or create. Account name may default to your name. You must be at least 18, or have guardian consent where required by law.

Subscription and payment

Paid access is purchased via Stripe as a recurring subscription (e.g. monthly or yearly). Prices, currency, and applicable taxes are shown at checkout before purchase. Promotion codes may apply via Stripe. Failed or missed payment may result in limited or terminated access.

Cancellation and refunds

You can manage and cancel subscriptions via the Stripe Customer Portal (link in the app). Cancellation typically applies at the end of the current period unless otherwise stated. EU/EEA consumers may have a statutory withdrawal right for distance contracts; for digital content that begins immediately after express consent, the withdrawal right may lapse to the extent permitted by law. Other refunds are assessed case by case — contact support@starck.link.

Acceptable use

You must not abuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, disrupt other users, overload systems, or use the service unlawfully. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

Intellectual property

You retain rights to sketches you create. You grant us a non-exclusive license to store, sync, and display them as needed to provide the service. The CourseDraw brand, software, and related materials belong to KF Starck Enterprises AB.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided as is. We aim for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the extent permitted by law we are not liable for indirect damages, lost profits, or data loss. For consumers, mandatory rights under Swedish or EU consumer law are not limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. The current version is published on this page. Material changes will be communicated via the website or email when reasonable. Continued use after they take effect constitutes acceptance unless otherwise required by law.

Governing law and disputes

Swedish law applies. Disputes should first be raised with us. If unresolved, disputes are settled by Swedish courts. Consumers may also contact the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (ARN) or use the EU Online Dispute Resolution platform.
