Library
Competition folders, Equipe, build sketches, time allowed, and cloud sync.
The library is home for your folders and sketches. This is where you manage competition links, share links, and sync status.
Mark a folder as a competition
- Open a folder.
- Choose Competition / Equipe (folder toolbar or folder menu).
- Check Mark as competition and save.
The folder gets a competition badge. Metadata syncs with the folder when you are online. Subfolders and sketches can inherit the link from a parent competition folder.
Equipe connection
In the same dialog you can search and link a show from Equipe Online (requires network). A linked meeting appears in the folder header as Equipe: ….
When the folder is linked, publish individual sketches from the editor under Properties → Publishing. Step by step: Publish to Equipe Online.
Build sketches
For a competition folder that is synced to the cloud you can enable a public build-sketches page:
- Open Competition / Equipe.
- Enable the public build page (requires online + a synced folder).
- Copy the
?build=link for course builders.
In the editor you can publish or unpublish individual sketches so they appear on (or are hidden from) that public page.
Time-allowed input
From a folder (online) you can open Time-allowed mode and create a no-login link:
- Create or renew the link (valid for 7 days).
- Copy the
?timing=link to the person entering measurements. - The recipient enters measured length (and tempo); time allowed is calculated.
- The result can be saved to the cloud and downloaded as PDF.
You can renew or revoke the link from the same dialog. Entry happens on the timing page — the library manages the link.
Cloud sync vs offline
The header shows whether you are Online or Offline.
- Online: sketches and folders sync to the CourseDraw cloud. Changes push and pull in the background.
- Offline: you can keep working in the local library. Changes are marked Pending sync (or Sync conflict if something clashes). Sync runs again when you are online.
Features that require network and a synced folder:
- searching Equipe shows and uploading to Equipe
- enabling the build-sketches page
- creating time-allowed links
On desktop the library may in some cases be mirrored locally under Documents when the cloud is unreachable — a banner can show that the source is local files or cache.
