Improved file library

CourseDraw 1.0.5 is out. The library and the account are easier to use.

• A sketch can sit at the library root or in any folder. A new sketch lands in the folder you have open, or is saved as a template.
• The show mark is used to activate features as connection with Equipe, build sketches, and time allowed. The sketch itself can live anywhere.
• The trash holds deleted sketches and folders. Restore them from there. After 30 days they are deleted permanently.
• Under Account you choose a preferred language. Email from CourseDraw follows that choice.
• The 30-day trial starts when the account is created, no card details necessary.
