Getting started
Open CourseDraw, find your way around the library, and create your first course sketch.
What is CourseDraw?
CourseDraw is a tool for drawing to-scale show jumping course sketches. You work in a library of folders and sketches, and open individual sketches in the editor.
Language
Switch between Swedish and English with the language switcher in the app. Your choice is stored locally.
The library
After signing in you land in the library. There you can:
- create folders and subfolders
- create a new sketch (blank or from a template)
- open, rename, move, or delete sketches
- import a CourseDraw file (
.json/.coursedraw.json)
More about competition folders, Equipe, build sketches, time-allowed links, and sync is in the Library guide.
Create and open a sketch
- Choose a folder (or create one).
- Choose New sketch.
- Name the sketch and open it.
The editor has a toolbar, panels, and a canvas. An overview of every tool is in Editor tools.
Saving and sync
Changes are saved locally while you work. When you are signed in and online, sketches and folders sync to the CourseDraw cloud. Offline you can keep working — changes are queued as Pending sync until you are back online.
